How do we pay for this service? Through the Community Benefit District Land Rent Tax (CBDLRT). A tax of 1/10th of 1% (.001) of the assessed value of land of every parcel in the district will be made available to speed and encourage business development in 'San Francisco.
Never forget that taxes on land values don't add any cost to anyone. They are not an "add-on" tax. Instead, they retrieve the value added by community to the rent you already pay.
